Feel to heal — a journey through the body to meet, move, and release emotion.
In this somatic-based workshop, we use movement, breath, sound, and expression to reconnect with the wisdom of our emotions. You’ll be guided through an embodied journey of emotional release — exploring what it means to move through your feelings, rather than suppress or analyze them.
Through dynamic practices like conscious dance and active meditation, we invite emotions to rise, flow, and be expressed safely and authentically. This is a space where nothing is too much — where your joy, anger, sadness, spontaneity, or stillness are all welcome.
We’ll finish with a gentle integration practice to ground, restore, and make space for clarity and calm after the emotional journey.
