Come as you are.
I’ll meet you there.
Hi, I’m Mariana
I’m here to guide you back to yourself.
A little about me…
I never intended to teach or hold space for others.
As a child, I’d play “teacher” with my younger sister — but as I grew older, I became someone who stayed in the background. Shy, disconnected, and lost in the noise of trauma, anxiety, and social conditioning. I struggled to express who I truly was.
Years later, on my spiritual path, I discovered yoga.
I took my first teacher training in 2017 with no intention of teaching — but life had other plans. One day, I looked up and found myself guiding a class of 40+ people. I was being seen. I was taking up space. Something had shifted.
Yoga, breathwork, tantra, and ritual helped me return to my essence — to reconnect with my purpose, my wildness, and my power.
It’s not about looking outside for answers, but about coming back home to yourself — your truth — to remember. These practices reminded me of who I’ve always been: wild, free, creative, and love itself.
And that's why I created Studio Shakti — to help you do the same.
My Journey
Before yoga, I spent over a decade immersed in fashion and media — working as a stylist, writer, and content creator in São Paulo, London, and Berlin. Alongside that, I co-founded Stories Collective — a platform that celebrates independent fashion, culture, and meaningful storytelling, highlighting the voices of changemakers around the world.
Creativity was always in my bones, but something was missing. I began to feel the weight of a world built on survival, injustice, and disconnection — and I knew I wanted to live differently.
I went deeper into social movements and spiritual studies — and slowly, I began to remember my purpose. I began to see the power of living with intention, of choosing joy as a form of resistance, and of honoring the interconnectedness of all things.
Today, my work is rooted in both inner practice and outer awareness.
I believe spirituality doesn’t exist in a bubble of individualism or personal growth alone — it must meet the world we live in, with empathy, kindness, inclusivity, and care for the collective.
I thrive in supporting and connecting with women — that’s my deepest passion — but this space is for all genders, anyone who is ready to evolve.
And I truly believe that for any meaningful (r)evolution to happen, we need a blend of intersectional feminism and divine cosmic energy — merging grounded justice with expansive love to co-create a future rooted in unity and compassion.

The Mission
Studio Shakti is more than a space (we’re not a physical studio… yet 😉) — it’s a movement. It’s flow. It’s the force of creation and nurturing — like a divine mother, ready to embrace you with unconditional love.
My mission is to support others on their spiritual path — guiding them back to their truth, their essence, their wholeness.
To create spaces of embodiment, expression, and connection, where people feel safe to be fully themselves — raw, radiant, real.
And the way we begin?
We come back to the body.
To the breath.
To joy.
It’s about embracing your own rhythm and rising into your power.
It’s about reconnecting with what makes you you — and remembering that your uniqueness is your magic.
And beneath it all, it’s about freedom — not just personal, but collective.
Freedom from systems that tell us we are not enough.
Freedom to rest, to create, to speak, to dance, to be.
Our Values
Studio Shakti is guided by the values I live by:
Kindness & Empathy – real & human where people feel safe to be.
Inclusivity & Awareness – understanding the privilege of practice and working to make it more accessible.
Authenticity – you don’t need to be perfect to be powerful.
Creative Expression – your truth deserves to be seen and felt.
Joy as Resistance – choosing joy in a world of chaos is a revolutionary act.
